3. Account Registration and Security
3.1 One Account Rule
Each individual may operate only one c55e account. If the same person creates multiple accounts, those accounts will be closed and any bonuses received will be considered void.
3.2 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. Allowing third parties to use your account is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately.
3.3 Account Closure
You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. If c55e finds evidence of a breach of terms, it reserves the right to close the account without prior notice.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposits
The minimum deposit amount on c55e is ৳500 (five hundred taka), which applies to all payment methods. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.
- Deposit processing is generally instant.
- Use the correct reference number for each transaction.
- Payment accounts registered in another person's name may not be used.
4.2 Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Withdrawal processing generally takes between 10 and 45 minutes.
- Withdrawal requests will be approved after identity verification is completed.
- Winnings from bonuses must meet the wagering requirements before withdrawal.
- c55e reserves the right to hold withdrawals in cases of suspicious activity.
5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. A 20x wagering requirement applies to this bonus. This means the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times before a withdrawal can be made.
5.2 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus may only be claimed once.
- The validity period for each bonus will be stated separately in each offer.
- Bonuses cannot be withdrawn without meeting the wagering requirements.
- Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another account.
- c55e reserves the right to cancel a bonus if fraudulent activity is suspected.
5.3 VIP Program
The c55e VIP Program has three tiers. Members are promoted to higher tiers based on regular play:
- Bronze: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
- Silver: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
- Gold: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.
VIP benefits are provided subject to regular review, and c55e may change the program terms at any time.
6. Betting and Gaming Rules
6.1 Fair Play
c55e ensures a safe and fair gaming environment. All games are operated using a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). Any attempt to manipulate the system using software or any other method is strictly prohibited.
6.2 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Using multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
- Placing bets using automated bots or scripts.
- Attempting to access another user's account.
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
- Spreading false information with the intent to damage the reputation of c55e.
6.3 Betting Disputes
If a dispute arises over a betting outcome, our support team must be notified within 72 hours. The decision of c55e shall be considered final.
7. Technical Errors and Service Disruptions
c55e always strives to ensure uninterrupted service. However, service may be temporarily disrupted due to technical issues, maintenance, or unforeseen circumstances.
c55e reserves the right to cancel any winnings or bonuses incorrectly awarded due to software or server errors. c55e will not be held responsible for losses resulting from internet connection failures.
